President Uhuru Kenyatta's Personal Assistant, Jomo Gecaga, was reportedly restricted by American security officers from touching President Barack Obama's armored vehicle, known as 'The Beast', on Friday morning.
According to the statement, Gecaga, who attempted to take a photo, was warned of potential consequences if he repeated the action.
