A memorial service for the late actress Nana Gichuru was held at the Ruaraka Methodist Church, attended by fellow actors, Kenya Airways workmates, friends, and family. Her burial is scheduled for October 2 at her hometown, Kaaga in Meru.
Nana Gichuru, also known as Kanana Gichuru Wainaina, passed away in a road accident along the Eastern bypass last week. She is survived by her husband, Manja. The entertainment industry was shocked by her sudden death.
