Kenyans expressed outrage upon learning that Britain identified Garissa County as a potential terrorist target in its latest travel advisory, which President Uhuru Kenyatta dismissed.
The UK government advised against all non-essential travel to areas within 60km of the Kenya-Somalia border, including Garissa County, Eastleigh, Lamu County, and areas surrounding Tana River County.
