The Nairobi Hospital, a renowned medical facility in East Africa, is seeking a Finance Director to provide strategic leadership in business and financial planning.
Established in 1954, the hospital has invested heavily in the latest technology and medical equipment, earning its reputation as an advanced diagnostic, treatment, and referral center.
The hospital is undergoing an expansion program, which includes the development of specialist centers and the transformation of its School of Nursing into a College of Health Sciences.
The Finance Director will report to the Chief Executive Officer and be responsible for developing policies, systems, and processes to safeguard the hospital's financial resources and achieve its goals.
To be eligible, candidates must have at least 15 years of related work experience, including 5 years of executive-level management, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as full professional qualifications in accounting.
