ZANU-PF Threatens Prosecution Over Mugabe Fall Images

Zimbabwe's ruling party, ZANU-PF, has warned citizens against sharing images of President Robert Mugabe's recent fall in Harare on social media, threatening prosecution.

Following the incident, local journalists were barred from publishing photos, while foreign journalists present at the scene reportedly changed their tapes. The general public has also been cautioned against posting the images online.

The 91-year-old president, who was recently elected AU Chairman at a summit in Ethiopia, experienced the fall after missing a stair step at a function in the capital city.
