Dikembe Disembe, a firebrand blogger, has been released from remand.
Last Friday, a different blogger, Seth Odongo, was charged with hate speech in a Nairobi court. He was detained at the Industrial Area Prison after failing to meet the Ksh5 million bond or Ksh2 million cash bail requirement.
