A police chase in pursuit of a suspected wanted criminal turned tragic after a car accident occurred, leaving two people dead on Sunday, August 30, 2015, along the Nairobi-Meru highway. The driver of the car involved in the accident, who was the criminal in question, was apparently trying to disappear from the sight of the police.
