A plan to address congestion in Nairobi includes the removal of five roundabouts, according to a meeting held at Charter Hall attended by Transport Cabinet Secretary Michael Kamau and Governor Evans Kidero.
Nairobi County has also stopped issuing licenses for new matatus, pending the completion of a demand assessment report.
