Intercontinental Hotel Lady's Bill Paid by Radio Africa

Yesterday, it was reported that the hotel bill for the infamous Intercontinental Hotel lady was actually paid by Radio Africa, contrary to earlier claims that Caroline Mutoko had covered the expense.
