Kwale International Sugar Company Limited (KISCOL) is seeking to appoint a highly qualified and competent Territory Sales Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and selling KISCOL sugar and molasses to achieve growth plans, deliver net sales targets, and increase brand growth share in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sell KISCOL sugar/molasses to achieve growth plan, deliver net sales plan and brand growth share in the assigned territory
  • Sell bulk sugar as well as branded sugar in retail
  • Stay informed about industry-related news, trends, competitor activities, and projects
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level
  • Source and secure new business to ensure optimal growth for the company’s products
  • Maintain optimum stock levels of products with every client
  • Conduct regular follow-ups of purchase orders and coordinate with logistics
  • Maintain the company’s market share in the assigned territory
  • Help the team in acquiring new customers
  • Adhere to the company’s credit norms

Requirements

  • Minimum Master’s Degree
  • 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in sugar sales
  • 3+ years of sales management experience preferred
