Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero has taken legal action to prevent journalists from connecting him to the financial difficulties faced by Mumias Sugar Company.
According to the court filing, Dr. Kidero aims to protect his reputation during his nine-year tenure as the head of Mumias Sugar, asserting that he should not be held responsible for the company's current financial struggles.
