Hon. Aden Duale, the Majority Leader in Parliament, has been affected by the death of his cousin, Sheikh Mohamed Ali Kheir, also known as Sheikh Dawara.
Sheikh Ali went missing three days prior from Garissa, near the post office, and was later found dead in Embu.
Relatives of Sheikh Ali describe the killing as a possible case of extrajudicial killing, which they attribute to the newly enacted Security Law.
