According to confirmed reports, Bonny Bokelo, a popular actor on Citizen TV known for his role as Inspector Mwala, has passed away.
Sources close to Bokelo stated that he had been ill for nearly two months, with his condition deteriorating last week, which led to his admission to Mater Hospital for treatment.
Bokelo was diagnosed with multiple health issues, including pneumonia, which severely impacted his ability to recover, making it difficult for him to even get out of bed.
After spending a short time in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Bokelo was pronounced dead on Sunday morning.
The news of his passing has been met with sadness, and he will be deeply missed.
