Prosecutor Seeks to Revoke Moses Kuria's Bond in Hate Speech Case

The Director of Public Prosecutions, Keriako Tobiko, has requested that the court cancel the bond of Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria in a case involving hate speech.

According to the request, Mr. Tobiko wants the MP to be remanded in custody until the hearing of the criminal case.

Moses Kuria faces charges including incitement to violence, hate speech, and ethnic contempt.
