- Clause 16, part of a set of amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code (Clauses 15-21) that would allow the police to hold arrested suspects longer than 24 hours.
- Clauses 26 and 29 of the Evidence Act, which are part of a larger set of clauses (26-31) making electronic messages and digital materials admissible as evidence in legal proceedings.
