Fans of KTN's popular comedy series The Real Househelps of Kawangware have been dealt a major blow after one of the show's main cast members, Becky Mbithe, popularly known as Kalekye, announced she would no longer be on the show.
Kalekye made the announcement due to unavoidable reasons, thanking Abel Mutua for discovering her talent and Phil Karanja for nurturing it.
The actress also expressed gratitude to the show's producers, Protel Studios, for providing her a platform to showcase her skills. In a post, Kalekye stated,
I take this opportunity to say thank you to my fans for the love and support you have shown me in Real Househelps of Kawangware. Thank you, Abel Mutua, for discovering this talent and Phil Karanja for nurturing it. Protel Studio, thank you for the platform... I hate to say goodbye, but I have. I will no longer be in TRHK for unavoidable reasons, trusting God to open other doors... God bless you all.
Fans of the show have expressed their disappointment and thanked Kalekye for the entertainment she provided during her time on the show, wishing her all the best in her future pursuits.
