A man from Meru County, known for clinging to the helicopter of opposition leader Raila Odinga, is set to meet him in Nairobi.
Julius Mwithalii, who gained attention for his daring act, expressed excitement about the meeting, stating,
I will shake hands with Mr Odinga for the first time. I have been seeing him on TV and political rallies but this will be a privilege.
Mwithalii mentioned that he was unsure why Mr Odinga had requested to see him, but viewed the meeting as a potential turning point in his life.
