Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero’s lawyers served suit papers on Nation Media Group and Standard Group Limited on March 11, 2015.
The legal documents, which measure nearly 30cms high, are part of Dr Kidero’s effort to stop the media houses from linking him to the troubles facing Mumias Sugar Company.
