Two men of Somali origin, Arabow Musa Hassan and Mohammed Jama Mohammed, were arrested at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, for smoking aboard separate Kenya Airways flights from South Africa.
The men were charged with the offense of smoking on board an aircraft, contrary to section 59 (1) (a) as read with section 59 (2) of the Civil Aviation Act, according to the police report.
