A mother from Mpeketoni has stated that she will not bury her daughter, who died from head injuries allegedly caused by a police shooting, until the officer involved faces prosecution.
According to Ms Mariam Njeri Njuguna, there is no justification for the government not to take action against the suspect, whose actions are believed to have resulted in the death of 22-year-old Margaret Njeri.
