Mike Sonko’s elder daughter, Saumu, has denied reports that her father is involved in an illicit affair with Nairobi Women Representative, Rachel Shebesh.
According to Saumu, her father is a faithful man and has never been involved in any illicit affair with Rachel Shebesh. This denial comes despite media reports suggesting the two leaders regularly engage in intimate relationships.
Saumu described Shebesh as a good woman and a great leader in a recent interview. She said, "When people make fun of my father and all those photo-shopped photos with Shebesh, I really don’t feel embarrassed. She is a good woman and a great leader. She is a very successful businesswoman who is a no-nonsense lady despite the drama. After all, drama is cool as long as it is not exaggerated."
Saumu is currently pursuing a journalism course at JKUAT Karen and plans to launch her own reality TV show and a clothing line.
