Jay-Z and Beyoncé's increased security measures for their daughter Blue Ivy at her Los Angeles preschool have reportedly prompted complaints from other parents.
According to the statement, Blue Ivy has a motorcade to and from school, along with her own entourage, which may be causing disruptions.
