Kongowea MCA, Jabes Oduor, has been accused of attacking traders in the area with a panga for allegedly building a market without his consent.
According to reports, the incident occurred in broad daylight and resulted in injuries to some of the traders. A video of the incident, uploaded by blogger Robert Alai, has raised questions about the integrity of Kenyan leaders.
The video, which is available online, appears to show the MCA wielding a panga and physically confronting the traders.
