Lillian Nyanga, the second wife of Machakos Governor Dr. Alfred Mutua, was given a red carpet welcome during her visit to a children's home in Kangundo.
According to the Governor's Facebook post, he extended lavish treatment to his wife, who was visiting the AIC Kangundo Children's Home to address orphans.
