Wanyama, along with his brother McDonald Mariga, is reportedly starting several family businesses in Nairobi and Kakamega, including apartments worth Sh100 million and three mini-supermarkets.

One of the supermarkets is already operational.

Upcoming Engagements

Wanyama is expected to arrive in Nairobi for a six-week holiday and will lead the national football team in a friendly match against Tanzania on May 29 and the 2017 Africa Nations Cup qualifier against the Republic of Congo on June 5.
