Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria will not face prosecution over alleged hate messages on his Facebook page from last year. Instead, the matter is set to be resolved through a conciliatory meeting.

The National Commission of Integration and Cohesion (NCIC) informed the Law Society of Kenya CEO, Apollo Mboya, via a letter that it intends to hold a conciliatory meeting with Kuria regarding the issue at its offices.
