A Governor from Central Kenya, known for his party lifestyle and past involvement in scandals with university students, is alleged to be having an affair with a 19-year-old woman named Soila Colle.
Soila, a student at a city college, has reportedly been engaging in frequent sexual encounters with the Governor in exchange for payment. The two allegedly flew to Diani using the Governor's helicopter for one such encounter last week.
Additionally, Soila has been accused of connecting university women with other politicians in the 11th Parliament.
