Charles Kanyi Njagua, popularly known as Jaguar, has made headlines with his generous act towards an elderly Kenyan man, James Kafwa.
Jaguar, a renowned Kenyan musician and NACADA board member, shared his experience on social media. He explained that he was on his way to the NACADA offices when he saw the elderly man struggling to get down the stairs at the NSSF building.
Kafwa, a cobbler from Eastleigh, did not have an assistant, walking aid, or wheelchair. Jaguar decided to help him by purchasing a brand new wheelchair.
According to Jaguar's Instagram post,
"Today as I headed up to my office at NACADA, I passed an elderly man struggling to get down the stairs as he left the NSSF building. I had passed him by a few steps but a voice within my conscience made me stop. I walked back to him. He told me his name was James Kafwa, a cobbler from Eastleigh. I immediately asked him if he had an aid or a wheelchair."
Jaguar further stated that Kafwa couldn't afford a wheelchair or a personal aid, and all he needed was a wheelchair to get around conveniently. Jaguar reflected on his blessings and decided to help Kafwa,
"All I could do for him at the moment was to place him at a better place than where I found him. Have a good day Mr. Kafwa."
This act of kindness is not the first time Jaguar has been recognized for his generosity.
