Altima Africa, a strategy implementation firm, is seeking a creative, highly organized, and entrepreneurial individual to fill the position of Recruitment Officer.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Recruitment and work closely with the Directors, responsible for tasks including:
- Preparing client briefs defining recruitment requirements;
- Developing talent acquisition strategies and writing proposals;
- Executing search assignments and conducting comprehensive interviews;
- Writing high-quality recruitment reports;
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process;
- Updating online recruitment systems;
- Coordinating tasks with part-time recruitment consultants;
- Compiling market intelligence reports.
The ideal candidate should possess certain competencies, including the ability to evaluate people accurately, communicate effectively, and demonstrate organizational savvy with excellent attention to detail.
To be considered for the position, applicants should have at least 3 years of work experience in recruitment, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent certification, and a University Degree in Business or a related field.
