Vera Sidika, a socialite and businesswoman, has denied claims that she is in a romantic relationship with Musalia Mudavadi, a former presidential candidate. According to an interview with Standard Media group, Sidika stated that her only connection to Mudavadi is that she attended a school named after his deceased father, Moses Mudavadi.
Mudavadi's personal assistant, Kibisu Kabatesi, also denied the allegations when contacted by Standard Media, saying that they do not know anyone by the name of Vera Sidika. The claims had suggested that Mudavadi had bought Sidika a car and a house in Kileleshwa.
