The family of the late lawyer Paul Magu has denied claims circulating on social media that he is still alive and has been in contact with his mother.
These claims, which emerged on Monday, alleged that Mr Magu was spotted at a popular bar in Thika town.
Additionally, it was claimed that he had phoned his mother, Keziah Wambui, informing her that he would attend New Year celebrations at their home in Juja.
