Coast-based musicians and fans are calling for comedian Eric Omondi to publicly apologize to singer Nyota Ndogo. They claim he unfairly used her name to promote his Christmas event at Mama Ngina Drive in Mombasa.
Nyota Ndogo and Ally B were initially listed to perform at the Mama Ngina Drive show on Christmas Day but did not appear.
According to Eric Omondi, the artists' absence was due to budget constraints imposed by the event's sponsors. He has apologized to Nyota Ndogo regarding the matter.
