Zari Hassan, also known as the ‘Bosslady’, is a well-known personality. The 34-year-old from Uganda has made a name for herself locally, initially as a rich Ugandan socialite and later as Diamond Platnumz 's baby mama.
Less well-known is that Zari Hassan began her career in music. She was once a musician and was signed to Jose Chameleone’s music label, Leone Island, before choosing a different path.

A throwback photo of Zari Hassan, shared by Jose Chameleone, appears to show her with a darker complexion than she has today. This has led to speculation about whether she may have bleached her skin to achieve a lighter tone, similar to Vera Sidika.
The photo's quality and the camera's resolution at the time it was taken are also possible explanations for the difference in appearance.
