Celebrated comedian Jalang'o made a notable entrance at Masaku 7's, arriving by helicopter and bringing business to a standstill.
Accompanied by Fidel Odinga, son of Raila Odinga, Jalang'o's arrival was initially mistaken by some revellers for that of Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua.
Prior to his appearance at Masaku 7's, where he was set to emcee, Jalang'o had also emceed the Lewa Marathon.
Jalang'o is recognized as one of the wealthiest Kenyan celebrities, with a consistently full performance schedule.
