She shared her HIV test results, which showed she is HIV negative, and encouraged young people to get tested as well.
Monroe emphasized the importance of knowing one's HIV status, stating,
It's never too late to do your test, go NOW! the earlier the better!
In another post, she shared a message from her gynecologist, saying
It's NEVER too late to do your HIV/AIDS test! Go and DO yours now! Know your status... If positive it's not the end of LIFE! If you are NEGATIVE it means you continue USING protection! Don't be too stingy to buy yourself a condom!
