Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama attended a rally organized by the CORD coalition at Uhuru Park, where he made serious allegations against President Uhuru Kenyatta and Devolution Cabinet Secretary Ann Waiguru.

During the rally, Muthama accused the President of not firing Waiguru despite her being mentioned in NYS scandals. He claimed that the reason for this was because she has something that the President likes, making a suggestive comment about honey and sugar.

Jubilee legislators, including Beth Mugo and Dennis Waweru, have requested that the Director of Public Prosecutions take action against the Senator for disrespecting the head of state. They have also asked Waiguru to sue Muthama for using offensive language in a public forum.

The Director of Public Prosecutions, Keriako Tobiko, has formed a committee to look into the matter. If the case proceeds to court, Muthama could face legal consequences.

Despite threats from Jubilee politicians, Muthama has maintained that his statements were true and has dared anyone to sue him, saying he will reveal more information if necessary.
