Outspoken Machakos Senator, Johnston Muthama, has sparked controversy with comments that may cause concern for Uhuru/Ruto’s Jubilee.
Speaking in Eastleigh, Muthama warned that the end of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, is near.
He stated that CORD will install former Prime Minister Raila Odinga as President if he wins the referendum, likening it to a repeat of the 2013 General Election.
Muthama claimed the referendum will prove to the world that Raila Odinga was the rightful President of Kenya, but his victory was stolen by Uhuru and Ruto. He added that after the referendum, Raila Odinga will be recognized as President.
"We are seeking your signatures to support the referendum because once we win, CORD will call for a General Election to remove Uhuru/Ruto and install Raila Odinga as President. The seat rightfully belonged to him but was stolen by thieves," Muthama said, amidst cheers from Eastleigh residents.
