Education Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiang'i visited three learning institutions in Kisii County on Monday, February 20, and donated 35 million shillings. He was accompanied by Jubilee leaders from the region.
According to Dr. Matiang'i, the donation is intended for infrastructure development.
