Paul Ongili, also known as Babu Owino, a candidate for the Students Organisation of Nairobi University (SONU) chairmanship, has announced a campaign budget of Sh15 million.
Ongili, who is vying for the top student leadership post at the University of Nairobi, recently shared his budget on Facebook, which will also support other SONU candidates.
