A man appeared in a Nairobi court to face charges of intentionally touching a woman without her consent.
Charles King’ori Mbugua was charged under section 11(A) of the Sexual Offences Act for allegedly committing an indecent act with an adult.
According to the charge sheet, the incident occurred on December 28, 2014, at Ambassador bus stage along Tom Mboya street.
