Saumu Mbuvi, daughter of Mike Sonko, has won the position of Vice Chair at the Jomo Kenyatta University Student Organization elections unopposed, according to reports from the Karen Campus.
Although her father had advised her to keep a low profile and reportedly withdrew certain privileges, including cash and a vehicle, Saumu appears to be pursuing a path in politics similar to her father's.
