A recent social media buzz surrounding the alleged arrest of comedian Churchill has been clarified as a prank.
Pictures of Churchill being arrested emerged online and were widely shared by popular blogs in Coast, claiming the incident occurred after his show in Mombasa last weekend.
However, according to information obtained from Man Dilly, a singing police officer and friend of Churchill, the pictures were part of a staged prank. Man Dilly revealed that he and other friends decided to play the joke on Churchill during his show in Mombasa.
Man Dilly spoke about the incident, stating that Churchill eventually realized the arrest was a hoax.
