Deputy President William Ruto visited the Rift Valley on Friday, February 24. The region has experienced incidents of insecurity and bandit attacks. Prior to the DP’s visit to Baringo, residents had expressed concerns.
According to reports, DP Ruto suggested that criminals in Baringo should be shot on the spot.
