Police surrounded the Nation Centre, where Hon. Junet Mohammed, a top ally of Raila Odinga, was live on studio for an interview, with orders to arrest him.
Hon. Junet Mohammed, an ODM loyalist, had previously spoken out against hate messages directed at the Luo community by three Jubilee MPs: Moses Kuria, Waititu, and Kimani Ngunjiri.
Moses Kuria allegedly urged his fellow Kikuyus to shoot Prime Minister Raila Odinga. Kimani Ngunjiri called for the eviction of all Luos from Nakuru, and Hon Waititu allegedly threatened to circumcise all Luos who would turn up for anti-IEBC demonstrations.
