Former Embakasi legislator Ferdinand Waititu won the Jubilee Alliance Party nomination for the Kabete constituency by-election seat, receiving 14,969 votes.
His closest challenger, Wilson Mburu, garnered 2,336 votes, while Lewis Nguyai, the former Kabete MP, received 1,950 votes.
