Background to the positions: The Global Fund (GF) to Fight HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria was established to increase resource mobilization to combat three of the world’s most devastating diseases and direct those resources to areas of greatest need.
Since its inception in 2002, Kenya has greatly benefited from the Global Fund in the fight against AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria.
