CORD leader Raila Odinga was not present at Lucy Kibaki's burial in Othaya, Nyeri County.
According to family sources, Lucy Kibaki's last wish was for her family to give her a decent farewell and to keep politics away from her funeral ceremony. She reportedly wanted a respectful, orderly, and classy send-off.
