PC World Managers Face Theft Charges Over Sh7.8 Million Allegation

Two managers of PC World Company Ltd, Anthony Njuguna and Patrick Omolo, were arraigned in a Nairobi court for allegedly stealing over Sh7.8 million from their employer.

According to court records, Njuguna, an accountant, and Omolo, a branch manager, appeared before Senior Principal Magistrate E. Nderitu and denied the charges. The prosecution alleged that between January 9, 2013, and March 4, 2014, at PC World Ltd House on Mpaka Road, Westlands, Nairobi County, the accused stole Sh7,883,344, which came into their possession due to their employment.

The two were released on a Sh700,000 bail each or a Sh10 million bond.
