Celebrated Kenyan gospel songstress, Emmy Kosgey, has confirmed that she is pregnant and expecting her first child with wealthy Nigerian pastor, Anslem Madubuko.
While speaking in an interview with a Nigeria magazine, Emmy said that she is happy about her pregnancy and she is looking forward to becoming a mother.
"Yes yes! A child is coming very soon!" The clearly elated singer said. Her pregnancy has caused a buzz in Nigeria’s blogosphere and has received mixed reactions from fans.
Emmy married the wealthy Nigerian preacher in a grand wedding that was talked about across Africa. They have been married for close to two years and it’s good news for Madubuko as he expects his first child with the Kenyan beauty.
Madubuko’s first wife died three years ago under unclear circumstances and he went ahead to marry the singing beauty months after his wife’s death.
This led to rumors that Emmy was acting as Madubuko’s "mpango wa kando" when his wife was alive. Others claim that the wealthy Nigerian preacher sacrificed his wife so that he can marry Emmy and gain other fortunes.
