According to reports, Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru’s son, Ian Waiguru, was seen driving the vehicle. It is alleged that he acquired the car from Germany recently.
Ian Waiguru told friends that his mother had given him the car as a birthday gift. When questioned about the luxury vehicle, he defended his mother, citing that she had provided it to him.
